Anti-FOIA?

Take a look at this post. In it, Charlie Savage accuses John Roberts of not supporting Freedom of Information:

Roberts was also a passionate supporter of executive secrecy, once editing out the phrase “freedom of information” from a colleague’s draft and explaining that its use in a positive light might imply support for the Freedom of Information Act.

I'm wondering of any of the lawyer-types that read here can cite this? Mr' Savage doesn't take blog response e-mails, apparently.
