If you don't already know, Scooter Libby has been pardoned by Bush. For those interested, Bush's record on clemency is slightly one-sided. Of all the stuff written about the Libby case on both sides, the best quote comes from White House spokesman Scott Stanzel: "Well, I guess I don't know what you mean by equal justice under the law," Truer words have never been spoken.
