Libby Explained

A really good post in NRO by Andy McCarthy (who I usually don't like, btw). It talks about the Libby trial in more or less factual terms, explaining why the judge did what he did, and how his rulings are basically prescribed by law - stuff I didn't know, and I found it interesting. Andy also didn't interject too much of his own opinion on the matter, which was also helpful. I hear the guy is a pretty good legal scholar, but since alot of his NRO stuff tends to be his opinions, I hadn't seen much of it. I hope he continues this type of stuff - my fingers are crossed.
