Ignoring Good News in Iraq

We have all heard the Republican claims that the media is ignoring good news in Iraq. I figured I would buck the trend. I will deliberately try to ignore articles like this and focus on good stuff, like when we reduce the number of attacks or kill bad guys (I guess that's good...). This GAO publication (all 64 pages of it) details the situation in Iraq.
