...and not just the most recent scandal at the World Bank.
Currently, Paul Wolfowitz is the President of the World Bank, a nomination which the President supports. His latest scandal is due to the fact that he was personally involved in securing a massive raise for one of his former girlfriends. Even after admitting involvement, however, he still doesn't see the need to resign. This is only the smallest blip, however, on Wolfowitz's horrible record.
Most people have heard of Wolfowitz's involvement in creating the Iraq strategy for the President. Take a look at this timeline by PBS: Frontline regarding the "Evolution of the Bush Doctrine". In particular, run a search for "Wolfowitz" on the timeline page, like this:

When you do, you will find a staggering number of references to Wolfowitz, and his involvement in our current Iraq strategy. He was incessant and unapologetic about his promotion of the war. This is the Paul Wolfowitz that is now in trouble for giving improper raises to friends. Which do you think is worse? At least the guy apologized for his behaviour at the World Bank. No apology yet for the Iraq situation, or the myriad of deaths that resulted from it. Don't worry Paul, we'll wait.
