Redneck Prophet

I agree with the Reluctant Redneck's view of certain less wholesome elements of Bush's foreign policy. I'm firmly convinced that if the American people actually knew what Bush was trying to do--that is, if education in America was such that most citizens were allowed to learn how to read legal documents and process what his lawyers have the regal audacity to argue in court--he'd have long ago been impeached. Knowing most of us stand helpless without sufficient intellectual self-defense, he's emboldened to claim that 2+2=5. Recognizing that life is full of moral puzzlement and ambiguity, sometimes, on certain primordial issues, RR's normally scary kind of unbending absolutism really can be appropriate.
